As a leading charity recruitment consultancy, Charisma is proud to have successfully placed a Chair of Trustees and a general trustee with a clinical background for Enham Trust. This is an organisation that has supported disabled people for over 100 years and continues to make a difference in the lives of over 6,000 individuals each year.
We understand the importance of leadership and direction when it comes to running a successful charity. That's why we took great care in finding the right candidate to fill this important role. Our Talent team carried out an extensive search, looking for candidates with sufficient governance expertise at senior level, an understanding of the needs of disabled individuals, and the personal characteristics needed to lead the charity through particularly challenging times.
After careful consideration, we were able to find the perfect match for Enham Trust. The new Chair and clinical trustee are not only carrying out their trustee roles with diligence and expertise, but they are also bringing fresh ideas and energy to the organization.
It was particularly challenging to carry out this assignment in light of social distancing requirements. However, we were able to overcome these difficulties by conducting virtual interviews with potential candidates. We were fortunate enough to be able to arrange face-to-face meetings between the successful candidates and some members of the board following safety guidelines.
At Charisma, we take pride in our ability to find top talent for non-profit organisations. We understand that every organisation is unique with its own set of challenges and opportunities. That's why we take an individualised approach when it comes to recruitment.
We believe that charities play an essential role in our society by providing support and care for those who need it most. And we are committed to doing our part by finding talented professionals who can help these organisations thrive.
In conclusion, we are delighted to have played a part in helping Enham Trust continue its remarkable work in supporting disabled people across housing, care, and employment sectors. We look forward to continuing our partnership with them and other non-profit organisations across health and social care in the future.
