Case Study: Historic Royal Palaces

Historic Royal Palaces (HRP) is the independent charity that looks after treasured landmarks like the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, and Kensington Palace. The task at hand was twofold: to find a Partnerships Manager and a Digital Marketing Manager, individuals who would play pivotal roles in shaping HRP's future success. The Partnerships Manager would be responsible for developing and managing a strategic partnerships program, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and generating significant income. The Digital Marketing Manager, on the other hand, would spearhead the organisation's digital marketing efforts, leveraging technology to enhance audience engagement and drive impactful campaigns.
