When The Leprosy Mission Great Britain approached us, their vision was both inspiring and humbling, to defeat leprosy, fight discrimination, and restore dignity. This partnership was never going to be a case of simply sourcing candidates with the right technical expertise. It had a deeper meaning, ensuring that those joining the organisation shared its calling, faith, and commitment to communities worldwide.
The Leprosy Mission GB needed to appoint three key positions: A Senior Support Experience Advisor, a Community Partnerships Manager for the North East, and a Community Partnerships Manager for the North West. Each role required candidates who were practising Christians, ready to embrace the charity’s mission and live out its values in their everyday work. For us at Charisma, this meant creating a recruitment strategy that went beyond conventional approaches.
