Case Study: RedR

​It's no secret that finding the right candidate for a role is a challenge, especially when it comes to senior and specialist positions. That's why we were thrilled when RedR UK chose us to help them secure four vital roles, including a Head of Fundraising and Communications on a maternity cover contract, Corporate Fundraising Manager, Fundraising Officer, and Development Manager.

​It's no secret that finding the right candidate for a role is a challenge, especially when it comes to senior and specialist positions. That's why we were thrilled when RedR UK chose us to help them secure four vital roles, including a Head of Fundraising and Communications on a maternity cover contract, Corporate Fundraising Manager, Fundraising Officer, and Development Manager.

We knew this was going to be a rigorous and robust campaign from the outset. Our team of experts set out to create marketing and advertising strategies that would attract top talent from across the country. We engaged with 151 candidates through our talent acquisition networks, database and headhunting efforts.

The recruitment process was not just about finding candidates with the right experience but also identifying those who shared RedR UK's values of empathy, dedication, and collaboration. We wanted people who could hit the ground running in highly demanding roles while also contributing positively to an organisation with an inspiring humanitarian mission.

We received numerous applications from talented professionals hoping to join the RedR UK family. Our team screened each applicant carefully before conducting interviews with selected individuals.

In the end, we were able to fill all four positions successfully. The Head of Fundraising and Communications was someone we had in our database. The Corporate Fundraising Manager applied directly through our marketing campaign while both the Fundraising Officer and Development Manager were placed via headhunting.
