Job Title: Bid Manager

Hours:  Full time/ permanent

Salary:  Up to £38k

Location: Flexible throughout England, regular travel to London required

We are working in partnership with one of the largest voluntary sector providers of mental health support services in England, to find an experience Bid Manager who will be responsible for the end to end project management of all tender opportunities.  The successful individual must have statutory tendering experience within the mental health sector and demonstrate:

  • Experience of working in a business development role for at least 12 months
  • Track record in winning bids and generating income
  • Experience of bid writing
  • Experience of modelling to a variety of service models
  • Ability to set and manage financial budgets
  • Project management expertise

The successful individual will have worked in health and social care sectors, especially mental health and/or substance use. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills withe ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
