We are supporting a London-based arts company, who work with a diverse range of communities across London and internationally: empowering people to use the arts as a tool for change in their lives. We are seeking a Company Manager to lead on financial, operational and HR functions for the organisation. Working closely with the Artistic Director and Trustees, the new postholder will contribute to and help deliver the organisation’s vision and long-term strategy. The individual will also support the artist-facilitators to deliver successful arts for social change programmes.

The successful individual will need to demonstrate:

  • 3 years’ experience in the operational management of a charity and/or arts organisation

  • Experience of managing HR, safeguarding, and diversity and inclusion, including for Freelance staff

  • Experience in Finance, such as charity accounting and reporting

  • Budget development and oversight

  • Knowledge of VAT, tax and other compliance implications of non-profit organisations, would be advantageous

We are seeking an individual with strong leadership and collaboration experience. They must have good written and communication skills, be able to prioritise and facilitate the flow of information to all staff and Trustees.
