We are supporting Basingstoke Counselling Service, who were found in 1985 by a small group of local therapists wanting to provide mental health support to the local community. Since then, the Service has flourished to become a busy, vibrant counselling and training centre dedicated to improving the emotional wellbeing of the community.
The charity is now seeking a Counselling Co-ordinator to support the efficient and effective operation of the counselling provision. You will be joining at an exciting time as the charity seeks to expand its services and offering to the local community.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
Professional qualified counsellor
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Good ethical practice and high standards of practice
Excellent written and verbal communication
You’ll be passionate about the charity and delivering to the highest of standards. The successful candidate will be resilient, working within a busy organisation, as well as comfortable handling sensitive information.
