We are working in partnership with a faith-based Charity that supports those who are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless, through crisis and empowerment services.

The charity is seeking to appoint a Deputy CEO who will have operational and strategic responsibility alongside the CEO and working closely with the Board of Trustees.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of developing and implementing successful organisational strategy

  • Excellent experience with business development, communications and fundraising

  • Experience of working within housing or homeless services

  • A track record of building and maintain an effective team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including persuasive and succinct writing skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

You will possess strong people management skills, experience with fundraising, project management, training, and development. The ideal candidate will have proven knowledge of mental health, understand vulnerable people and worked with social housing/statutory bodies.
