Established for over 60 years and working today with partners across Africa, Asia and the Middle East, Feba has a particular focus on contexts that are considered ‘closed’ or where it is difficult to be Christian.
We are seeking a Director of Fundraising and Communications with excellent fundraising skills and donor journey management experience. The successful candidate will have a successful track record of trying new things and thriving on getting things done.
To be successful in your application, you will need to demonstrate experience of:
leading a team to deliver income growth;
successfully acquiring new supporters across traditional and digital platforms;
developing new income streams and fruitful fundraising products;
managing organisation-wide messaging and increasing brand awareness.
We’re looking for someone who has a sincere heart for communicating Feba’s Christ-centred mission with personal conviction, energy and enthusiasm.You will couple an aptitude for data analysis and process management with an ability to build strong and healthy relationships – to influence others, both internally and externally.
