We are working in partnership with a health charity seeking to appoint a Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications. This role will lead the strategic, financial, and operational management of the marketing, fundraising and communication functions, and significantly grow income and brand awareness in line with agreed targets.

 Reporting directly to the Chief Executive the successful individual will need to demonstrate the following:

  • At least five years in a senior fundraising, marketing or communications role, ideally at Director level

  • Leading, developing and delivering successful marketing and communication strategies for an organisation, which grew organisation profile, reach and engagement

  • Establishing, leading and growing a broad range of income streams and delivering successful fundraising strategies which achieve significant uplift in income generation for an organisation

  • Experience of developing and leading on an organisation campaigning activity including issues-based campaigning

  • Experience of setting and managing income and expenditure budgets

We are seeking a driven and highly proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate and influence a wide range of stakeholders including suppliers, supporters and colleagues.
