We are working in partnership with Brendoncare a charity dedicated to improving the quality of life for older people through their care homes and community support services.Care, choice, and community are at the heart of all that they do. The charity is seeking to appoint an inspirational Director of People and Culture reporting into the CEO and who will have fullresponsibility for leading all people aspects of the organisation, specifically driving cultural change and organisational development, as well as overseeing all areas of Learning, Talent Management, Employee Relations, HR services, HR Data, Diversity and Inclusion, and people-related Health and Safety.
The successful candidate will be a senior experienced professional with the capability and foresight to lead the development of culture development across the entire charity as it grows and diversifies its workforce in the years ahead and will demonstrate:
Executive level experience of leading and delivering major transformation programs in a complex multi-site environment, involving people, culture and systems
A successful track record of cultural and organisational change, specifically driving sustainable culture change within the context of a diverse and evolving workforce
Experience in strategic planning and change management in the context of workforce development
Successful delivery of talent recruitment and retention strategies
Experience in leading engagement across diverse stake-holder groups
Experience of motivating, developing and empowering teams to exceed objectives, whilst ensuring all colleagues across an organisation feel valued and supported to fulfil their personal aspirations and potential
Professional qualifications and experience of Human Resource Management (preferably CIPD or equivalent)
You will be an innovative and creative leader whoinspires both colleagues, trustees and stakeholders and instils credibility and respect. You thrive in a values driven environment where you can use your interpersonal and relationship building skills to engage others in driving forwards plans with energy and credibility. You will bring strong planning and implementation skills which will underpin your ability to analyse what holds us back and deliver programs to take us forwards.
