We are working in partnership with a medium-sized organisation in Hampshire. They are seeking a Financial Controller to work closely with fellow senior colleagues to support the overall development of the vision, mission and delivery of the organisation.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
Recognised professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
Significant experience at managerial level in a complex organisation, either within a charitable or commercial setting
Experience of managing people, delivering change and instilling best practice across a team
Significant senior stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally
Ability to work under pressure, flexible in attitude, organised and not daunted by deadlines
We are seeking an individual who is well organised, resilient, has strong attention to detail and will lead a high-performing finance function for the good of the organisation. The successful candidate will have to engage with multiple stakeholders, as well as handling sensitive information. Current driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
