We are working in partnership with Ategi, an established charity currently undergoing a period of organisational transformation. Ategi support people to live their lives, providing services that are specific for the needs of the individual. The organisation strives to ensure that the support and care delivered is of a high quality and meets the needs of the people they support across their three streams of work; Shared Lives, Supported Living and Visiting Support.

The charity is now seeking to appoint an experienced Head of Quality Assurance and Compliance to provide leadership and management of the quality agenda across the organisation.Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will support the organisation on compliance, risk, safeguarding, incident management and complaint resolution.

The successful individual will demonstrate the following:

  • Significant experience gained working at a senior level in a similar or related regulated field

  • Experience of acting in a previous role as a safeguarding lead role or similar

  • Experience of working within or leading a Quality Assurance function

  • Experience of contributing to policy making and contributing to the development, implementation and monitoring of quality assurance plans and quality audits, with recent experience of working collaboratively with senior colleagues to deliver organisational objectives

  • A proven track record of success in the management of strategic and organisational change and development
