Location: Maidenhead – Hybrid working, flexible by agreement

We are working in partnership with HEART UK, a charity that provides expert support, guidance and education services to healthcare professionals and people and families with concerns about cholesterol.This is an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Manager to be part of the management team responsible for managing and developing the healthcare team to deliver effective services for a wide range of service users and healthcare professionals.You will also have responsibility for all aspects of personnel, IT management, financial reporting and general management of the healthcare services.

The successful individual must have experience of working in the healthcare sector and will demonstrate:

  • Experience of developing and delivering services/projects to educate and increase reach and engagement of beneficiaries.

  • Manage the production and update of information materials both off and online, including liaising with the copyrighter.

  • Work with the management and healthcare team to identify projects that will bring most value to our beneficiaries.

  • Work with the management and healthcare team to identify new sustainable services that fit with our strategy. Once funding secured, manage the implementation,ongoing and evaluation of the service.

  • Manage education projects with the appropriate agencies, including the Primary Care Education Programme developing and growing this year on year

The successful candidate will apply a business mind to managing/developing the Healthcare services of the charity ensuring excellent benefit to our beneficiaries and delivery of our charitable objectives.
