We are working in partnership with a national health charity that is dedicated to improving the diagnosis, prevention and suffering of fragility fractures.

The charity is now seeking an Individual Giving Officer. Reporting to the Supporter Engagement Manager, the Individual Giving Officer is responsible for implementing initiatives to engage individuals and encourage them to support the charity financially.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience of digital fundraising and online supporter engagement

  • Ability to manage external suppliers regarding the production of marketing and fundraising collateral, ensuring materials are accurate, on-brand and delivered on time and to budget

  • Produce and proof-read copy for the website, membership magazine, e-newsletters and social media and maintain the portfolio of thank-you letters

  • Numerate, able to produce and interpret campaign analysis and manage budgets

The Individual Giving Officer will be responsible for delivering a programme of legacy marketing activity and for the planning and execution of supporter and membership recruitment programmes, management of fundraising campaigns, retention, and stewardship initiatives to drive loyalty and lifetime value. You will have excellent organisation skills, able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with attention to detail.
