Job Title: Interim Major Donor & Corporate Manager
Hours: Full-time – 3 month minimum (with potential to become permanent)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
We are working in partnership with a national charity which is a disability and community engagement charity with a Christian ethos. They provide disability services, community projects, education and training resources that promote inclusion and wellbeing.
The charity is seeking to recruit an Interim Major Donor & Corporate Manager to innovatively manage the Charity’s major donor and corporate fundraising program to sustain and grow income generation in line with ambitious growth aspirations. You will drive the major donor and corporate fundraising activity in attracting new supporters and partnerships to the charity, whilst maintaining their loyal supporter base to continue to engage with and support the charity’s cause.
The successful individual will demonstrate:
- Significant experience of major donor fundraising, including personally securing gifts in excess of £5K
- Experience of project managing events with income over £10K
- Experience of major donor prospect research and proposal writing
We are seeking an individual with a high level of attention to detail, strong prioritisation, influencing and negotiation skills, along with excellent communication and networking skills.
