We are working in partnership with Lotus Sanctuary CIC, a community interest company with the pure and simple intention of housing and empowering vulnerable women suffering a range of complex issues.

They are now seeking a Retail Partnerships Manager to play a critical role in the growth of Lotus Sanctuary as they continue to strive towards achieving their target of 10,000 units of accommodation by the end of 2023. The postholder will be in a unique position to help Lotus’s new Retail Department – Lotus Living – to grow and achieve its ambitions to be a national presence, by taking the Lotus Sanctuary to potential corporate partners, building and securing new relationships, and maintaining existing ones. The postholder will spearhead the development of their strategy and have the opportunity to grow and eventually lead their own team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established organisation, and dynamic team, at a time of development and growth.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a business development or relationship management role, in a charity or commercial setting

  • Proven track record of prospect research and strategic relationship building

  • First class customer service skills

  • Line management experience

  • Ability to interpret data and produce sound statistical reports

We are seeking an individual with entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability influence, engage and negotiate, and to work proactively in a fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently. Strong communication and relationship building skills, with both internal and external stakeholders, will be essential.
