From writing newsletters and appeal emails, to scripting video content and producing eye-catching resources, you will play a vital part in their mission.

You will need to be an excellent writer and editor, comfortable managing multiple deadlines, and confident working with design tools like Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Experience with social media, email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, and a good grasp of GDPR and content sensitivity will also serve you well.

Reporting to the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for growing support from businesses (currently 30 small corporates) plus local groups. You’ll manage existing partners and build new relationships to hit a £150K annual target.

Veterans Outreach Support (VOS) has secured funding from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust to expand the Thrive Together programme (formerly VPPP) across the South East. This initiative connects veterans' support agencies, ensuring seamless pathways, safe spaces for veterans, and training for volunteers and staff working in veterans' mental health. They are now seeking a Families & Carers Outreach Officer to explore the challenges of reaching out to families and carers of veterans to improve the way that this support can be delivered.

VOS is an award-winning charity that offers welfare, wellbeing and mental health support and services to veterans of the UK Armed Forces and Merchant Navy in Portsmouth, Hampshire, and the Isle of Wight. VOS provide a drop-in model of support, a welfare advice service, peer-supported wellbeing activities and social groups, with access to psychology, psychiatry, and therapy services.

The Families & Carers Outreach Officer will collaborate with the Thrive Together Portfolio Manager and VOS team to identify and improve outreach to families and carers of veterans, many of whom may not know they’re entitled to support.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience with identifying, planning, running, and evaluating pilot projects, research groups, and focus groups, while managing timelines. 
• Skills in sharing learnings and recommendations based on feedback, creating ways to measure service effectiveness, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working with diverse communities, understanding their needs, and building solid relationships. Knowledge of or experience with the UK veteran community would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Experienced in planning and leading community workshops, guiding discussions, and encouraging participation from group members.
• Awareness of the specific communication and engagement needs relevant to the group or community you are working with, including cultural understanding of diverse family dynamics and considerations that may impact service delivery.

Littleton Junior FC has been part of the community for over half a century. With more than 40 teams and over 600 young players registered, we’ve earned a strong reputation locally – not just for developing footballers, but for creating a supportive, inclusive space for children and families to thrive.

We’re looking for a dedicated Treasurer – or two people sharing the role – to join our volunteer committee and help ensure the club’s financial foundations remain as solid as our reputation on the pitch.

Whether you’re a spreadsheet whizz, a fan of forecasting, or someone who simply wants to use their skills to give back to grassroots sport, we’d love to hear from you.

The role could be shared and split in two main parts:

Role 1: Club finance and reporting
Includes tasks such as keeping accurate financial records (Excel-based), managing payments and reimbursements, cashflow monitoring, and producing a set of annual accounts. This part averages about an hour per week and includes regular monthly reconciliation.

Role 2: Membership fees and payments
Focused on setting up and managing membership fees via the CRM, allocating payments, handling refunds, chasing unpaid fees through coaches, and managing the hardship fund. There’s some upfront work in May, a busy spell around the start of the season in August/September, and then lighter monthly duties.

Both parts are supported by clear handovers and the flexibility to back each other up – whether you take on one side or both, you won’t be alone.

You don’t need to be a qualified accountant – just someone who is:

• Confident with numbers and basic Excel spreadsheets
• Comfortable with online banking and payment systems
• A good communicator and team player
• Passionate about helping young people through sport

Anvil Arts creates a year-round programme encompassing the best in music, performance, cultural education, arts participation, and outreach work. Since opening in 1994, they have sold over 5,000,000 tickets and brought audiences to Basingstoke from as far afield as Argentina, Iceland, Canada, and Japan. 

They are now seeking to appoint new Trustees. Experienced and committed individuals are sought to join and expand the Board, supporting the implementation of the organisation’s ambitious plans and to make a major contribution to the future success of the organisation.

• Community Engagement: Experience of serving in a role focused on community engagement, participation, or outreach
• Commercial Arts: Substantial commercial experience at the executive level running either an artistic programme or the commercial aspects of a venue at a similar scale. Ideally someone with broad programme experience

We are seeking strategic and creative individuals, with good communication and interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy, who can serve the Board with integrity, fairness, and independent judgement. 4 Board meetings are held annually, which are a mix of in-person and virtual, plus an Away Day and opportunities to support and attend events. Trustees can serve for three years, with the option to remain on for a second term.
