  • Deliver an exceptional donor experience through thoughtful stewardship, supporter engagement and opportunities to see the impact of giving firsthand, including overseas visits.
  • Play a key role within the Partnerships Team, supporting colleagues, deputising for the Partnerships Manager and contributing to TLMGB's collaborative Christian culture and mission.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Christ-centred, welcoming and supportive team that genuinely enjoys working together. TLMGB has a strong culture of learning, development and collaboration, offering extensive training in fundraising and international development to help colleagues grow and thrive. The charity is proud of its award-winning levels of staff engagement and has been recognised with Charity Times and Third Sector awards, reflecting its commitment to both its people and its mission.

  • 14 hours paid volunteering leave per year
  • Annual overseas trip to see TLM's work firsthand
  • Christ-centred, prayerful and supportive team culture
