As our new Talent Manager, you??l be at the heart of everything we do, from designing and delivering innovative sourcing strategies across leadership, fundraising, governance, and operational roles, to being a trusted advisor and guide to candidates from first contact through to placement (and beyond). You??l work closely with Consultants to understand job briefs and recommend standout candidates, also managing interview scheduling and feedback collection, ensuring a seamless, supportive, and timely experience at every stage of the candidate journey. More widely, you??l be a proud ambassador of Charisma?? values and mission-led approach, comfortable working collaboratively and sharing market insights, contributing to proposals, and supporting new business development.?
