Before joining Charisma, Amy built her career in administration within the NHS, where she gained a strong understanding of how complex, people-focused organisations operate. This background gives her a practical appreciation of the health and social care sector that informs her work every day. Amy is known within the team for her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to finding the right person for every role.
