Emelinah Tshelane is a highly experienced talent professional with a strong legal foundation, having completed a BCom Law, LLB and a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law. She began her career as an immigration law consultant, working closely with asylum seekers and refugees, where she developed a deep commitment to advocacy, ethics and people-centred practice.
Emelinah later transitioned into global talent acquisition, specialising in offshoring recruitment and executive search for high-impact roles within international NGOs and mission-driven organisations. She has built a strong portfolio placing senior and specialist talent across the charity, INGO and social impact sectors, with a particular focus on scarce-skills professionals and practising Christian candidates. Her work also extends to supporting CSR and social impact teams within commercial organisations seeking values-aligned leadership.
Known for her relational approach and strategic insight, Emelinah partners closely with organisations to understand culture, mission and long-term goals, ensuring appointments that deliver both professional excellence and values alignment.
