With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the charity sector, Nick brings both passion and expertise to every placement he makes.

Before joining Charisma, Nick's career journey included meaningful roles with the fundraising platform Work for Good, Communicare, and Christians Against Poverty. Nick was also Assistant Pastor at Southampton Vineyard Church. He has also spent time in private sector recruitment, gaining valuable insights that now inform his approach to finding the perfect match between candidates and charities.

Throughout his career, Nick has helped organisations not only recruit exceptional talent but also strengthen their income streams and develop growth strategies. One of his proudest achievements is co-ordinating the set-up of Communibakes, a community bakery that continues to serve its local area, with all profits going to a local charity.

Drawing on his background in church and Christian charity leadership, Nick specialises in Charisma's Christian and Church portfolio. He's successfully placed candidates with charities including World Vision, Spurgeons, London City Mission, Christians Against Poverty, Kids Matter, The Leprosy Mission (both GB and International), Keswick Ministries, Diocese of Derby, Aggies, and Torch Trust for the Blind, among others.

Based in Hampshire, Nick is a music enthusiast with an ever-growing record collection and a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur who believes life is too short for subpar coffee. When he's not matching brilliant people with brilliant roles, you'll find him introducing his two children to the films and games he loved growing up. Nick also serves as a Trustee at Our Street Our Children, continuing his commitment to making a difference.
