Our multi-faceted campaigns encompass targeted advertising, social media marketing, proactive candidate engagement and headhunting. Your dedicated Consultant will also conduct in-depth candidate screening and vetting interviews, provide insightful written candidate summaries, and our Operations Team will support all logistical administration from interview scheduling to references. We also support with any negotiations, candidate aftercare and keep in contact via structured post-appointment follow-ups to help ensure a successful transition.
